National Stroke Association

Spirit of Women™ partners with National Stroke Association to help it fulfill its mission to reduce the incidence and impact of stroke by developing compelling education and programs focused on prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and support for all impacted by stroke.


National Women’s Health Week

National Women’s Health Week is a week-long health observance coordinated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health. It brings together communities, businesses, government, health organizations, and other groups in an effort to promote women’s health.


The Heart Truth

The Heart Truth® is a campaign sponsored by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) and partner organizations. The campaign’s goal is to give women a personal and urgent wakeup call about their risk of heart disease.

WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease is a leading voice for the 42 million American women living with or at risk of heart disease. WomenHeart advocates for equal access to quality care and provides information and resources to help women take charge of their heart health.
